Since completing his BSc. (Hons) in 1984, Peter has predominantly held sales roles in several industries including IT (IBM Australia), Banking & Finance (Citibank Limited and Challenge Bank Limited), Medical Devices (Johnson & Johnson Medical and Olympus Medical), Pharmaceutical (Ego Pharmaceuticals), Consulting (Mercuri International, TLI) and Recruitment (Origin Healthcare (Skilled Group), WorkPac, Edge Personnel).

His consulting experience was in the sales arena and saw Peter work with over thirty different companies in six different countries and eight different sales channels. His last few roles have all been senior executive positions in the Recruitment/Training and Development industries; including General Manager at Origin Healthcare, Edge Personnel and Maura Fay Workshops and CEO WorkPac Healthcare.Peter decided to blend his passion for learning and development together with his years of practical commercial experience and his Master Practitioner qualifications in NLP to embark on his own path.In that time he has worked on development projects with some of Australia’s leading organisations in the IT, Utilities, Financial Services, Recruitment and Healthcare industries. Peter has direct and specific experience in change management, culture development, leadership, strategy definition, sales, marketing and organisational development with specific expertise in Sales Development and Coaching, Customer Experience, Learning and Development and the Healthcare sector.

Sal Keith has over 15 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant and Executive Assistant with a reputation for both discretion and initiative. Currently working with Change Agency, Sal works meticulously in partnership with her Director and Executive Team to ensure flawless service to the organisation. Sal’s experience consists of Aged Care, Retail, Corporate Banking, Retail, Hospitality and Environmental industries.


Jonathan Clark

Jonathan is a senior business consultant specialising in change management, leadership, human resource strategies and communication. He is a dedicated and driven professional who is extremely calm under pressure. Jonathan is able to makes sense of organisational disruption and can mentor people in identifying solutions to complex problems.

Seventeen years, as both an Infantry soldier and Officer, within the Australian Defence Force have given him a breadth of experience in people management, organisational change and high performance. Jonathan is a skilful listener who understands people. He thrives in facilitating, guiding and promoting team performance.

Transitioning from the military into an Information Technology Infrastructure Program Management role, has added to Jonathan’s considerable experience base and skillsets. Working with key stakeholders, subject matter experts and technical specialists has contributed to a deep understandinfg of the complexity in digital communication and the investment required for its success.

Jonathan has a Master’s in Business, a Bachelor in Arts and is soon to complete a Master’s in Strategic People Management.


David James Neal

David Neal is a Senior Business Consultant with over fourteenyears’ experience,specialising in leadership, management, project management and organisational change. David is a highly energetic, charismatic and committed leader that takes pride in inspiring others to reach their full potential and allowing organisations to find their competitive edge.

David’s experience stems from fourteen years as a leader within the Australian Army (Army Officer), where he was directly responsible for the management of highly diverse teams ranging in size and complexity. As part of David’s recent transition from Army he has project managed an Enterprise Resource Plan (ERP) supporting a wide variety of business and organisational types, including: food manufacturing, retail, wholesale distribution, Not-for-Profit (Residential and Community Care groups), IT consultancy, and Allied Health agencies. In doing so, Davidhas worked with numerous organisational types, cultures, and demographics in highly challenging environments and circumstances, each with their own individual complexities and nuances.

David is very effective at eliciting and interpreting people’s goals and objectives, aligning a common direction, and assisting in reaching milestones. He places particular attention on the intricacies associated with developing robust change management plans.

David holds a MastersDegree in Project Management, and a Bachelor degree specialising in Management and English.
