Your use of each and every one of the Change Agency services, however accessed, is subject to these Terms and Conditions and by using any of the Change Agency consultations, services or training delivery methods you show your agreement to such Terms and Conditions. If you do not wish to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, you may not access the Change Agency training materials.
Prices are quoted in Australian dollars and are subject to change without prior notice. Payment is with booking and funds must be cleared prior to the training date. We accept payment by electronic bank transfer and major credit cards (through Pay Pal).
Bookings are to be made in writing via the on-line designated form or emailed booking form. Weekly subscription payments can be stopped at any time but no refund will be issued for training already completed. Full refunds of fees for cancellations of live training event bookings will be honoured where more than two (2) Business Days’ written notice is provided. Please note that failure to return communications from Change Agency will not be deemed a cancellation. If, for whatever reason, you book and are unable to attend, you may send a substitute by providing their name in writing to the Change Agency prior to the training session.
All copyright and any other intellectual property rights in all material supplied or provided by the Company or any third party of any of Change Agency shall remain at all times vested in the Company and/or the relevant third party. Under these Terms and Conditions, the Company only gives you permission to access and use the Fusion Pty Ltd Training materials for your own personal use. Accordingly, you may not modify, reformat, copy, display, distribute, transmit, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer or sell any information, products, or services obtained by your use from Change Agency.
The Company will not be liable to you or any other person or entity for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss or damages, whether arising in contract or otherwise, which results or may result from using Change Agency training materials, including but not limited to loss or damage arising out of or otherwise connected with loss of data, loss of business opportunity, loss of profits and from any action taken or not taken.
The Company is committed to honouring the privacy of users of the Change Agency. When you send an e-mail, submit a request or electronically pass information to the Company you are sometimes asked to provide certain information, such as your name, address and email details. We ask for this in order to facilitate your requests, provide personalised services and communicate separately with you. We do not sell, trade, or rent your information, either in personally identifiable or aggregate anonymised form, with any third parties outside of the Company. Your name, e-mail address, and other personal information are only used to correspond with you.
Change Agency is a specialist training provider and its training services are designed to teach best practice in recruitment, sales and soft business skills. However, clients should be aware that different employment laws apply in different territories and legislation is constantly changing. Change Agency is unable to offer any guarantees that the examples used in training offerings comply with current law and consequently clients should always bear in mind domestic legislation relating to employment and discrimination etc. If you are in any doubt as to the lawfulness of any of the recruitment practices highlighted in these offerings, you should obtain specialist legal advice.
The Company reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting changes on the Change Agency web site. It is your responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions regularly to ensure you are aware of the latest Terms and Conditions. Your use of the Change Agency services after a change has been posted will be deemed to signify your acceptance of the modified Terms and Conditions. We recommend that you print off and retain for your records a copy of these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
